5paisa Promoters Increase Stake to 36.50% via Rights Issue

Promoters of 5paisa Capital Ltd, including Nirmal Bhanwarlal Jain and Venkataraman Rajamani, disclosed the acquisition of equity shares through a Rights Issue. This disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The promoter group's total shareholding in 5paisa Capital increased from 32.76% (1,02,41,118 shares) before the acquisition to 36.50% (1,71,13,393 shares) after the acquisition. A total of 68,72,275 shares were acquired by the promoter group. The company's equity share capital expanded from ₹31,25,48,380 to ₹46,88,22,570 following the rights issue, with the allotment date being April 13, 2026.
