Varvee Global FY26 Revenue Up 47.9%, EBITDA Turnaround

Varvee Global Ltd (VGL) reported strong FY26 results, with a 47.9% YoY increase in Revenue from Operations to ₹6,279.95 lakh. The company achieved a full-year EBITDA turnaround, improving by ₹9,526.62 lakh YoY to ₹536.57 lakh. Gross Margin expanded by 168.4 percentage points to 65.1%. Borrowings were reduced by approximately 97% YoY. Profit Before Tax remained positive at ₹1,840.33 lakh. The company's focus on value-added non-denim shirtings and suitings contributed to the improved performance.
