Adf Foods Ltd has re-appointed M/s. RMJ & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, as their Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The re-appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on May 13, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. RMJ & Associates LLP is registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and provides services in audit & assurance, tax, business advisory, accounting, and regulatory compliance.
