Advait Energy Promoter Shalin Sheth to acquire 9.14% via gift

Advait Energy Transitions Ltd announced that its promoter, Mr. Shalin Sheth, will acquire 10,00,000 equity shares, representing 9.14% of the company's capital, from his spouse, Mrs. Rejal Shalin Sheth. This acquisition will be an inter-se transfer by way of gift, conducted off-market, on or after June 15, 2026. The transaction is exempt from open offer requirements under Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. Post-acquisition, Mr. Sheth's shareholding will increase from 51.20% to 60.34%, while Mrs. Sheth's will decrease from 14.88% to 5.74%.
