Advait Energy Subsidiary Signs 150 MW BESS Deal with GUVNL

Advait Energy Transitions Ltd announced that its subsidiary, Advait BESS Bhesaan Pvt Ltd, has signed a Battery Energy Storage Purchase Agreement (BESPA) with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL). The agreement is for the development of a 150 MW/300 MWh Standalone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project. This project, secured through a competitive bidding process under GUVNL Phase-VIII and supported by Viability Gap Funding (VGF), will be developed, owned, and operated by the subsidiary in Gujarat. The BESPA has a term of 12 years from the effective date of signing.
