Shalin Sheth to acquire 9.14% stake in Advait Energy via gift

Promoter Shalin Sheth has disclosed his intention to acquire 10,00,000 equity shares, representing 9.14% of the total share capital, in Advait Energy Transitions Limited from his spouse, Rejal Shalin Sheth. This inter-se transfer will occur on or after June 15, 2026, via an off-market gift transaction, with no consideration involved. Following the transfer, Shalin Sheth's shareholding will increase from 51.20% to 60.34%, while Rejal Sheth's will decrease from 14.88% to 5.74%. This transaction is exempt from open offer requirements under SEBI SAST Regulations.
