Aegis Logistics reappoints Natwarlal Vyapari as Internal Auditor

Aegis Logistics Ltd's board reappointed M/s. Natwarlal Vyapari & Co. LLP as Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation. The board also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, and recommended a final dividend of ₹6.70 per share, subject to shareholder approval. The Statutory Auditors, M/s. CNK and Associates LLP, issued unmodified opinions on the standalone and consolidated financial statements.
