Allied Blenders: Alok Gupta Steps Down, Amar Sinha Appointed MD

Allied Blenders and Distillers Ltd announced that Alok Gupta will step down as Managing Director & KMP, effective May 31, 2026. Amar Sinha, previously appointed as Managing Director-Designate, will assume the role of Additional Director and Managing Director & KMP from June 1, 2026, for a three-year term ending May 31, 2029, subject to member approval. Mr. Sinha is not related to any company directors and is authorized for determining event materiality and disclosures to the Stock Exchange.
