Allied Blenders Appoints Amar Sinha as MD, KMP from June 1, 2026

Allied Blenders and Distillers Ltd has appointed Mr. Amar Sinha as the Managing Director and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) effective June 1, 2026, for a term of three years, subject to shareholder approval. This follows Mr. Alok Gupta stepping down as Managing Director & KMP on May 31, 2026. Mr. Sinha, with DIN 01488890, previously served as Managing Director-Designate and Senior Management Personnel from April 2, 2026. He is not related to any existing directors and is authorized for determining event materiality and disclosures to stock exchanges under SEBI regulations.
