Bhageria Industries Recommends ₹2.50 Dividend

Bhageria Industries Ltd's Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹2.50 per share (Face value of ₹5 each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting and will be paid/dispatched within 30 days of the AGM's conclusion. The board also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, and appointed M/s Kamal Dhanuka & Co and M/s K V M & Co as Internal and Cost Auditors, respectively.
