Billionbrains: SEBI OKs State Street's 22.94% Economic Interest in Groww AMC

SEBI has taken on record the proposed transaction involving State Street Global Advisors, Inc. (SSGA) investing in Groww Asset Management Limited (Groww AMC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Billionbrains Garage Ventures Ltd. Following the transaction, SSGA will hold 4.85% voting rights and a 22.94% economic interest in Groww AMC's fully diluted share capital. The transaction does not involve any change in control of Groww AMC.
