Coromandel International Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Coromandel International Ltd, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for Insiders, has announced the closure of the trading window. The closure will be effective from April 1, 2026, and will remain in place until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter/year ending March 31, 2026. This action is taken to regulate, monitor, and report trading by Insiders of the Company.
