Coromandel International Ltd: Board Meeting Approves Redesignation of Mr. Narayanan Vellayan and Announces New Senior Management Personnel

The Board of Directors of Coromandel International Ltd held a meeting on March 30, 2026, where they approved the redesignation of Mr. Narayanan Vellayan as Executive Director – Nutrient Business. The Board also noted the change in Senior Management Personnel, effective April 20, 2026. The new Senior Management Personnel include Mr. Madhab Adhikari, Mr. Avinash Thakur, Mr. Babu G, Mr. Saurabh Kumar Jain, and Mr. Vishal Sharma. These changes are a result of organizational changes within the company.
