Cyient to Acquire TAO Digital for AI Capabilities

Cyient Ltd has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire TAO Digital Solutions Inc., an AI-native data and product engineering solutions firm. The acquisition is expected to close by Q2 FY27 and will enhance Cyient’s offering portfolio with AI-native data and lifecycle engineering capabilities. TAO Digital, founded in 2022, has a presence in the United States, Canada, India, Taiwan, and Europe, serving clients in Automotive, Hi-Tech, and HealthTech sectors. This acquisition will strengthen Cyient's presence in these sectors and expand its customer footprint in North America.
