Trading Window Closure Notice for Expo Engineering And Projects Ltd Shares

Expo Engineering And Projects Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for its shares. The closure will be in effect from 01 April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended on 31st March, 2026. The decision is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and BSE circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019. Directors, Promoters, Promoter group, KMP’s, connected person, their immediate relatives and the company's Managing Director, Hasanain S. Mewawala, are advised not to deal in the shares of the company during the aforesaid period. The PAN of these individuals will be frozen specifically for the company's shares. The date of the meeting of the Board to approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended on 31st March, 2026 will be informed in due course.
