GPL Announces Senior Management Changes: Key Appointments & Resignation

Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL) has announced significant changes in its Senior Management Personnel. Mr. Lalit Makhijani, the Chief Sales, Marketing and Customer Centricity Officer, has tendered his resignation, effective from the close of business hours on June 30, 2026. He will be succeeded by Mr. Subhasish Pattanaik, currently the Zonal CEO – West East, who will assume the role of Chief Sales, Marketing and Customer Centricity Officer from July 01, 2026. Mr. Pattanaik, a GPL veteran since 2008, has a strong track record, including leading the West East Zone to market leadership in Pune. Concurrently, Mr. Mayank Poddar, who currently serves as the Head – Strategic Initiatives, has been appointed as the new Zonal CEO – West East, also effective July 01, 2026. Mr. Poddar brings over 16 years of experience and has been instrumental in driving high-impact strategic initiatives at GPL since 2014.
