Granules India: Harsha Chigurupati Designated as Senior Management Personnel

Granules India Ltd has announced a change in its Senior Management Personnel (SMP). The Board, in its meeting held on April 29, 2026, designated Mr. Harsha Chigurupati, who is currently an Executive Director, as a Senior Management Personnel of the company. This change is effective from April 30, 2026. In his new capacity as SMP, Mr. Chigurupati will be responsible for key areas including Transformation & Information Technology, Project Management, and Leadership Hiring. This internal re-designation aims to strengthen the company's leadership in these critical functions.
