Graphite India: Debanjan Mandal Resigns as Independent Director

Debanjan Mandal has resigned from his position as an Independent Director of Graphite India Ltd, effective immediately, citing extensive travel and professional commitments. Consequently, he also ceases to be a member of the Audit Committee and Committee of Directors. Mr. Mandal has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation beyond those stated. He holds directorships in Spencer’s Retail Limited, Titagarh Rail Systems Limited, and CESC Ltd, and is a member of various board committees in these companies.
