Indus Infra Trust Completes Acquisition of KNR Palani Infra Pvt Ltd

Indus Infra Trust has completed the acquisition of controlling interest and substantially all of the equity share capital of KNR Palani Infra Private Limited (KNRPIPL) from KNR Constructions Limited on May 29, 2026. All equity shares of KNRPIPL, except two nominee shares, have been transferred to the Trust. The remaining nominee shares will be transferred to the Trust's nominees, with necessary steps underway.
