Interarch Enters MoU with ER Steel for OWSJ Development
Interarch Building Solutions Ltd has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ER Steel Inc., Canada, to jointly explore and develop the Open Web Steel Joists (OWSJ) business for the North American market. The collaboration aims to establish a structured framework for jointly evaluating the design, engineering, manufacturing, and supply of OWSJ products through a scalable and cost-efficient platform in India. Interarch will lead engineering, detailing, manufacturing, and quality compliance from India, while ER Steel will support market development, customer relationships, sales, and marketing in Canada and North America. The parties intend to evaluate the establishment of a manufacturing base at Ativaram, Andhra Pradesh.
