
JPL Declares FY26 Results, Interim Dividend of ₹10/Share
Jagran Prakashan Limited (JPL) announced its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. For the full year FY26, standalone operating revenues increased by 3.6% to ₹1647.24 crores, with PAT rising 12.5% to ₹237.41 crores. Consolidated operating revenues for FY26 were ₹1876.22 crores. Consolidated PBT surged by 95.5% to ₹267.11 crores, and PAT increased by 96.9% to ₹184.93 crores, largely benefiting from significantly lower impairment of non-current assets compared to the previous year. In Q4 FY26, standalone operating revenues grew 1.6% to ₹417.17 crores, while consolidated PAT turned positive at ₹6.06 crores from a loss in Q4 FY25.
