Jana Small Finance Bank: Promoter to Sell 4.9% Stake to TVS Motor for ₹193.31 Cr

Jana Holdings Limited, a promoter of Jana Small Finance Bank, has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with TVS Motor Company Limited to sell up to 5,160,903 equity shares, representing approximately 4.9% of the total paid-up equity share capital of the company. The aggregate sale consideration is ₹193,31,19,436.71. The transaction is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the SPA.
