JSW Steel: CoC Approves Resolution Plan for Colour Roof India

JSW Steel Coated Products Limited (JSWSCPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of JSW Steel, has received a letter of intent stating that the Committee of Creditors (CoC) of Colour Roof India Limited has approved its resolution plan (along with addendum). JSWSCPL submitted a revised financial plan on May 13, 2026, following directions from the NCLT, which partially allowed applications from the erstwhile promoter. The implementation of the resolution plan is subject to approval from the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai.
