Kalpataru Projects Appoints Gautam Mehra as Independent Director

Kalpataru Projects International Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Gautam Mehra as an Additional Director, designated as an Independent Director. This appointment is for a term of five years, effective from June 9, 2026, and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Mehra brings extensive experience in tax, regulatory, and advisory services, having previously held leadership positions at PwC and advised numerous multinational corporations and Indian business groups. He meets the independence criteria and is not related to any existing directors.
