Kizi Apparels Receives ₹5.86 Lakhs Warrant Consideration

Kizi Apparels Ltd announced the receipt of the 15th tranche of consideration for the allotment of Convertible Warrants. The amount received is Rs. 5,85,850/- from Abhishek Nathani, an allottee belonging to the Promoter/Promoter Group and public category. The warrants were issued on a preferential basis at a price of Rs. 15.50 each. This transaction is in accordance with SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018.
