Genesis Exports Private Limited, along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), has acquired 45,000 equity shares of La Opala RG Limited through open market transactions on June 5th and 8th, 2026. This acquisition represents a 0.04% increase in their shareholding. Following the transaction, the total holding of Genesis Exports and its PACs in La Opala RG now stands at 7,35,75,000 equity shares, constituting approximately 66.28% of the total equity share capital. The total diluted share capital remains unchanged at 111,000,000 equity shares.
