Lenskart Acquires Remaining 3% in Quantduo, Makes it Wholly-Owned

Lenskart Solutions Limited has acquired an additional 3% stake in Quantduo Technologies Private Limited, increasing its total shareholding to 100%. This acquisition, along with a prior 4.65% stake purchase on March 16, 2026, makes Quantduo a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lenskart. The total consideration for the 7.65% stake acquired since the last disclosure was INR 36.76 million.
