Lenskart Re-appoints Internal and Secretarial Auditors

Lenskart Solutions Limited announced the re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers Services LLP as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27 and M/s DPV & Associates LLP as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term starting FY 2026-27, subject to shareholder approval. This decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting on May 20, 2026, where audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, were also approved. The board also approved the acquisition of additional shareholding in OWNDAYS Inc., Japan, and the proposed merger of Dealskart Online Services Private Limited and Lenskart Eyetech Private Limited with Lenskart Solutions Limited.
