Maagh Advertising and Marketing Services Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Anil Jaiswal as an Additional Executive Director. The appointment is subject to the shareholder’s consent and will be recommended for approval in the upcoming General Meeting of the Company. Mr. Jaiswal has expertise in the field of Sales & marketing. He is not related to any Directors/ Key Managerial Directors / Key Personnel of the Company. The meeting of the Board of Directors was held on 03rd December, 2024, where they also took on record the resignation of Ms. Nidhi Jaiswal from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer due to unavoidable circumstances.
