Maagh Advertising and Marketing Services Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Anil Jaiswal as an Additional Executive Director. The appointment is subject to the shareholder’s consent and will be recommended for approval in the upcoming General Meeting of the Company. Mr. Jaiswal, with expertise in sales and marketing, is not related to any directors or key managerial personnel of the company.
