MICL completes 20th on-time project delivery: Aaradhya Parkwood

Man Infraconstruction Limited (MICL) has received the Occupancy Certificate (OC) for Towers C & D of its Aaradhya Parkwood project near Dahisar Check Naka. This marks the company's 20th project delivered on time, approximately 31 months ahead of schedule. The project, launched in September 2022, is nearing completion with over 90% of units sold. Aaradhya Parkwood is a premium residential development comprising four towers with an aggregate saleable carpet area of 5.3 lakh sq ft and an estimated GDV of ₹925+ crore.
