Man Infraconstruction: No Deviation in Preferential Issue Proceeds

Man Infraconstruction Ltd confirms no deviation or variation in the use of proceeds from the preferential issue of convertible warrants for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. This is in accordance with Regulation 32 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The audit committee reviewed and approved the statement confirming the utilization of proceeds. Funds were allocated towards expanding EPC and real estate business, purchase of fixed assets, working capital, and general corporate purposes. Some original allocations have been modified as per a board resolution dated November 12, 2025.
