Mangalam Worldwide Appoints Europe Business Head

Mangalam Worldwide Limited has appointed Mr. Pankaj Kumar Sahay as its Europe Business Head, effective June 01, 2026. Mr. Sahay, with over 27 years of experience in B2B industrial and steel businesses across Europe and India, will also be appointed as a Director in the company's proposed wholly-owned subsidiary to be incorporated in Belgium or the Netherlands. His appointment is based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors via circular resolution. Mr. Sahay's background includes leadership roles at Jindal Stainless Limited and Tata International, with extensive experience in international trade and EU regulations.
