Mankind Pharma Appoints Nilesh Kulkarni as HR Head

Mankind Pharma Limited has announced a strategic realignment of its human resources leadership. Mr. Nilesh Kulkarni has been appointed as the Head of Human Resource Functions for the Mankind Pharma Group and designated as a Senior Management Personnel (SMP). This change is part of an internal organizational restructuring. Concurrently, Mr. Prateek Dubey has transitioned to new roles and ceased to be an SMP. Mr. Kulkarni brings over 25 years of HR experience, including previous roles at Bharat Serums and Vaccines Ltd., Novo Nordisk, Roche, Novartis, and Sanofi. The changes are effective immediately.
