Methodhub Software: FY26 Financial Results Approved

Methodhub Software Ltd's Board of Directors approved the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the half year and year ended March 31, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of M/s. Anil Nair & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27 and regularized the designations of Ms. Lathika siddharth Pai and Mr. Perinkulam Mani Mohanraj as Non-Executive Independent Directors, subject to member approval. The Statutory Auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the audited financial results.
