Mindspace REIT Completes Acquisition of Radial IT Park

Mindspace Business Parks REIT has successfully completed the acquisition of 51% of Radial IT Park Private Limited, which owns the International Tech Park Chennai. The remaining 49% was acquired by 360 One Real Assets Advantage Fund as a co-investor. This acquisition, comprising approximately 2.6 million square feet of leasable area across two towers, was finalized on June 8, 2026. A shareholder's agreement has been established with the co-investor to govern the management of the Target Company, in compliance with REIT Regulations.
