Mukka Proteins Incorporates Lanka Bio Proteins in Sri Lanka

Mukka Proteins Ltd has incorporated an overseas entity named “Lanka Bio Proteins Private Limited” in Sri Lanka. The investment aims to expand the company's international business operations and strengthen its presence in the marine products sector. Mukka Proteins will invest up to ₹2.5 Cr, representing 49% of the share capital. The target entity will focus on manufacturing and trading marine products. Regulatory reporting to the Reserve Bank of India is required under Foreign Exchange Management Regulations.
