Nestle India Limited has announced its 67th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for July 3, 2026, to be conducted via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The company has released its Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, which includes the notice for the AGM. The report and notice are being disseminated electronically to members and uploaded on the company's website and NSDL's e-voting portal. A cut-off date of June 26, 2026, has been set for determining eligibility for remote e-voting and voting during the AGM.
