Nestle India Board Approves ₹5 Final Dividend, 67th AGM on July 3, 2026

Nestle India's Board of Directors, at its recent meeting, approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the financial year 2025-26. The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹5/- per equity share for FY2025-26 on the company's entire issued share capital. Additionally, the 67th Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been scheduled for Friday, July 3, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The Record Date for determining the eligibility of members for the final dividend, subject to approval at the AGM, has been fixed as Friday, July 10, 2026. The dividend, if approved, will be paid on and from Thursday, July 30, 2026. The audited financial statements and auditor's report were also approved and will be published as per regulations.
