NLC India Appoints Anil Meshram as Part-time Official Director

NLC India Ltd has announced the appointment of Shri Anil Meshram, an IAS officer and Principal Secretary to the Government of Tamil Nadu's Energy Department, as a Part-time Official Director. This appointment, effective from June 3, 2026, is made by the Ministry of Coal, Government of India, replacing Shri Mangat Ram Sharma. The company has affirmed that Shri Meshram is not debarred from holding a director position by any regulatory authority. This change is in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
