NLC India: M Venkatachalam Retires as Director (Power)

Shri M Venkatachalam, Director (Power) of NLC India Ltd, has retired and ceased to be a Director of the company, effective May 31, 2026, upon reaching superannuation age. He was relieved of his duties on May 30, 2026. The Ministry of Coal has assigned the additional charge of Director (Power) to Shri Rajesh Pratap Singh Sisodia, Director (Planning & Projects), for three months starting June 1, 2026, or until a permanent appointment is made.
