NLC India Subsidiary Forms JV with NCRTC for Solar Projects

NLC India Renewables Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NLC India Limited, has incorporated a Joint Venture Company with National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC). The new entity, named "NIRL NCRTC RENEWABLES LIMITED", was officially incorporated on May 27, 2026. This joint venture is established for the purpose of setting up Grid Connected Solar PV Power Projects. NLC India Renewables Limited holds a 74% equity participation, with NCRTC holding the remaining 26%. This collaboration aims to advance renewable energy initiatives.
