NRB Industrial Bearings Limited announced the re-appointment of its Internal and Secretarial Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27. The Board of Directors, at their meeting held on May 28, 2026, approved these re-appointments based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. M/s GSC & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, will continue as the Internal Auditors, and M/s JJ Gandhi & Co., Practicing Company Secretaries, will continue as the Secretarial Auditors. This ensures continuity in the company's audit and compliance functions.
