Nureca Re-appoints Internal Auditor; CFO & Director Changes

Nureca Ltd's board re-appointed M/s MGSG and Associates as Internal Auditor for FY 26-27. They approved the FY26 audited financial results with an unmodified opinion. Mr. Chander Kant was appointed as CFO and KMP effective June 27, 2026. The board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Aryan Goyal as Whole Time Director & CEO and Mr. Saurabh Goyal as Managing Director, subject to member approval. Ms. Smita Goyal was appointed as an Additional Director (Whole Time Director). The 10th AGM will be held on July 28, 2026, via video conferencing. The board also approved incremental capex of up to ₹100 crores for plant and machinery and the purchase of additional land for future expansion. Mr. Naresh Gupta resigned as CFO.
