Oasis Securities: Tushar Agrawal Appointed as Additional Director

Oasis Securities Ltd. has announced the appointment of Mr. Tushar Agrawal as an Additional Director, designated as Non-Executive – Independent Director, for a five-year term effective from May 11, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The board also approved the audited standalone financial statements and results for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
