Pankaj Polymers Appoints New Directors and CEO

Pankaj Polymers Ltd announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting on June 09, 2026. The company appointed Mr. Mayank Chawla as Additional Director and designated him as Chief Executive Officer and Whole-time Director for a five-year term. Additionally, Mr. Vikas Garg and Mr. Rahul Nagar were appointed as Additional Directors (Non-Executive Non-Independent), and Mr. Siba Narayan Panda and Ms. Richa Kalra were appointed as Additional Directors (Non-Executive Independent) for five-year terms. The Board also approved the establishment of a new Corporate Office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
