Pankaj Polymers Appoints New Directors and KMP

Pankaj Polymers Ltd announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting on June 09, 2026. Mr. Mayank Chawla has been appointed as Additional Director, CEO, and Whole-time Director for five years. Additionally, Mr. Vikas Garg and Mr. Rahul Nagar have been appointed as Additional Directors (Non-Executive Non-Independent), and Mr. Siba Narayan Panda and Ms. Richa Kalra as Additional Directors (Non-Executive Independent) for five-year terms. The company also approved the establishment of a new corporate office in Noida.
