Park Medi World: Management Change, Khanna Transitions Role

Park Medi World Ltd announced a change in senior management personnel. Mr. Manoj Khanna, Chief Human Resource Officer, will transition to a different role within Park Group of Hospitals as Regional Head (GTR Circle - 4 units). Consequently, he ceases to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company with immediate effect. This decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on May 12, 2026, where the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, were also approved.
