Polycab India Fixes Record Date for ₹47 Dividend

Polycab India Ltd has announced the book closure and record date for its upcoming dividend payment. The company has set Friday, June 19, 2026, as the record date to determine eligibility for the dividend. The proposed dividend is ₹47 per equity share (470%) for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval at the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for Tuesday, June 30, 2026. The register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from June 20 to June 30, 2026, inclusive, for the purpose of the dividend and AGM. Dividend payments will be made after June 30, 2026.
