Rose Merc Appoints Amitkumar Singh as Director and COO of Fintech Division

Rose Merc Limited has executed a Management Agreement with Amitkumar Singh to formalize his appointment as a Director of the company and Chief Operating Officer of its proposed fintech division. This follows a previously announced collaboration agreement with Virtual Gain Technologies Private Limited. While the current agreement is not classified as a related party transaction, it is expected to become one upon the company's planned acquisition of a 30.01% stake in Virtual Gain Technologies.
